Official tips & tricks from TV technicians:
1) Put a mirror in front of the screen so you can see image
AND what you do in the same time.
2) Put your left hand in your left pocket and keep still.
3) Use a plastic or wood screewdriver.
4) Use only your right hand.
5) Even if you love your monitor don't try to kiss it.
6) Don't smoke so that if you see some smoke it's anormal.
7) Don't work alone.
