Only if you add network cards of an appropriate type to each machine. The
Mac and IIgs have network hardware (LocalTalk) built in, but the IIe needs
a Workstation card.
The IIgs can only provide full AppleTalk access if it has at least 1MB of
RAM and booting via GS/OS.
(It might be able to use a IIe workstation card with less memory, but only
under ProDOS-8; I haven't tried it.)
