The only differences I can think of besides the quit code are that versions of Prodos that are 1.1.1 or earlier disable interrupts and don't recognize the Apple IIgs's clock. So, any older software that uses these versions can be expected to create files without the date and not allow access to the control panel unless you copy a newer version of Prodos onto the disk. -- Adam Myrow
