According to my January ABC Direct (1-800-800-3680) catalog, they have a 
Q Print II Parallel Card by Sequential Systems for $59.

According to my August 1995 (yes, I know it's old) Sun Remarketing 
(1-800-821-3221) catalog, they have a Parallel interface card for $59 
also.

Quality Computers (1-800-777-3642) may also have something.  Their 
operators used to be smart (i.e. know what an Apple // is), but now they 
may not have a clue as to what you're asking for.
