It was reserved for future expansion (65832).

I think the math coproc that was supposed to be part of the 65832 was
controlled via COP instructions. Thus the WDM instruction must have been
something else. Maybe an enchanted ME64ASPT200M mnemonic?
(Make everything 64 bits and set processor to 200Mhz)
