Just leave the wires poking out.  When you want to eject, grab a bit of
pepperoni from a nearby pizza and set it on the wires.  Cat goes for the
bait, shorts the wires.  "MEOW", zip, disk whacks cat, cat bails.
You may be able to recycle the bait, depending on how much ram your cat
has.
