HELP needed with SHARD OF SPRING

Just wanted to know a few things:

1) Does anyone have a spell list or docs available that I
	might avail of? I realize somebody had posted about
	this awhile back but I forgot his e-mail address...

2) What was the name of the sequel?

and lastly,

3) Does anyone out there have the image of the SOS sequel?

Any information and help would be appreciated.
