Well, you could find some foam rubber someplace and use that... otherwise...
SPRAY INSULATION!  It comes in an aerosol can, and is perfect if done right.

Also, it should do a nice job of breaking down any ozone you have nearby,
from an arc welder, laser printer, etc.
