IIgs Software Basics

I've just resurrected a IIgs with 4 megs ram, ramfast scsi, and zipgs. 
Problem is, I have almost no software.  I managed to get Sys 6.0.1 from
ftp site at apple.  But I'm doing my downloading via a mac.  To begin
with, I need a copy of Shrinkit GS.  Does anyone know where I get get
this?  I need at least a self-extracting copy.  If it is encoded, I needed
the decoder.  What would work?  How can I make the transfer from my mac to
my IIgs?

Any help would be appreciated.  Thanks.
