Yes. They are available by FTP from:
<ftp://ftp.apple.com/dts/aii/tn/>
All the technical notes are there as plain text files, in subdirectories
according to the category. There is also a file:
<ftp://ftp.apple.com/dts/aii/tn-ftn-1291-0692-updates.bsc>
This is a 319KB file (ShrinkIt inside BinSCII) which contains the set of
technical notes which were updated between December 1991 and June 1992.
