Probably about the same as a ][+, which might fetch $50 if in good
condition with a lot of software and maybe a printer. [They were also
fairly common, not some limited run of x thousand (x<3)]

I think so. After Apple nailed them to the wall for pirating, I
think they wised up and went on to more original things.
