Rom 03 Paintworks Gold Fix

  It's not often there's an answer here without the question, but I tripped 
across this in an old Incider/A+ issue and I thought it was just real 
good to know, hope at least one person is helped by this:

Paintworks Gold is incompatible with Rom 03, Larry Miller came up with 
this fix.

  If your GS has at least 1.25 M it should work:

  1. Use a back up of PWGold, not the original (of course)
  2. Go into Prodos Basic, and change the prefix to point to your 
     Paintworks gold disk.
  3. Type POKE 768,127
  4. For v1.0 of PWG, type BSAVE PAINTWORKS.GOLD,T$B3,A$300,L1,B$1FFE0
     For v1.5 of PWG, type use PROGRAM instead of PAINTWORKS.GOLD in the 
     command above.
