Shame you're using MacOS X 10.6.I was going to suggest creating a disk image that is HFS formatted, opening it into the OS X Finder, copying files, then opening it with System 6.0.1 and Sweet 16. But HFS is read only in 10.6.
I use a program called ADFS. It's rather old and hasn't been updated in years, but effectively, it will enable you to copy items from your HFS+ formatted volume to a ProDOS formatted disk image.
I've found it still works with Leopard and Snow Leopard on Intel Macs (you'll need to have Rosetta installed), although drag and drop copying has stopped working - you'll need to use the 'File' pull down menu from within ADFS to specify copying files over.
The download link is here: http://www.lazilong.com/apple_II/adfs/downloads/ADFS.Carbon.sitYou can also download a Universal binary of the application, but I found it didn't work at all for me with Leopard and Snow Leopard:
http://www.lazilong.com/apple_II/adfs/downloads/ADFS is fairly buggy and it's caused problems for some of my disk images in the past by corrupting them. When using it, it's best to simply copy over the files and not to do too much else (creating folders, deleting files & folders, etc) and always remember to quit ADFS before then using that disk image with an emulator - NEVER have the disk image open in both ADFS and KEGS or Sweet 16 at the same time!

I am wondering if it is possible to convert SDK files to DSK files so they are mountable in Sweet16 on my Mac. I believe they need to be in DSK (or PO or 2MG) format to do this. From reading the FAQs I have also not been able to work out a way of getting SHK files sitting on my Mac into Sweet16 without needing a PC or a real Apple II. I have ShrinkIt on Sweet16 so extracting the file is OK, I just need to get them mounted someway.
