On Mac OS X 10.5 I use AppleCommander to copy the SHK file to a disk 
image. IIRC, the file/aux type is $E0/$8002 for ShrinkIt.

I'd be interested in hearing how it works on Mac OS X 10.6. As I haven't 
tested it, I'd urge you to work with a backup image.
