        Original Apple?  I'd check with PreOwned Electronics (800-
directory assistance, 800/555-1212 can give it to you - don't have it
offhand) and Shreve Systems (800/227-3971, 318/424-9771,
http://wwww.shrevesystems.com).  For a 3rd party replacement, check with
Jameco (p/n 85518, $69.95, at 800/831-4242 or 415/592-8097).

        Caveat:  I used to work for Shreve Systems, and my speeddial
button is programmed for PreOwned (hence why I can't give it to you
offhand... Speed/12 is NOT a valid number! <B-) )  Make what you will of
that ...
