You can try Computer City, Staples, OfficeMax, Circuit City, 
or any such. But don't mention the word "IIgs". Just ask for 
an "Apple Desktop Bus" mouse, or if they don't understand 
that, a "Macintosh" mouse. I've been using one for a number 
of years. You can >>PROBABLY<< also use a Mac keyboard (I 
haven't tried this; the discussion here seems to make the 
probability high but not 100%).
