Help downloading 6.0.1 installer

Hey,
Is there an obvious (read *stupid*) mistake I am making attempting to
download the Installer 6.0.1 from apple's ftp site?  I've downloaded all
of the other disks, but after I download the Installer, BINSCII (or GSCII)
it, and I attempt to Unshrink it, I get an error message that the file is
corrupt!  I've tried different disks, different programs, different disk
formats, you name it.  Is the file on the server corrupt?

Any help appreciated,
