Thanks a lot, Steve. That's what I was missing. I just tried it and I
didn't get exactly what I was looking for, but darn close, and I think I
can probably twiddle the settings a bit to get there.
Just out of curiousity, does it have to be the Silentype to work properly?
I'm guessing it has something to do with the printer being a fixed-pitch
daisy wheel, or is just easier to work with because it has fewer printer
codes defined. (I'll stop trying to guess now.)
