 CIO(| Brian, did 2.02 get released?  I'd love to upgrade from 2.01 to
     | .02 or .03

2.02 did not get released, but a few bugs in it were fixed and the
result is 2.03.  And it'll be released in short order (TOM, DID YOU HEAR
THAT???) -- the prerelease I'm using has been IMHO flawless.

 CIO(| P.S.  Does either of these version allow the addition of a .sig
     | before or after the tagline?

All versions after 1.20 did -- before the tagline, like this msg shows.
