   Most likely not. Although you may be able to find a cable to go
between the two, Apple II monitors sync at far lower rates (15Hz) than
modern Mac/PC monitors (30Hz). Only if you can find an old NEC
Multisync 1 or 2 or a Commodore 1084 will the monitor go that low.
