Backing up Apple /// software

I was recently given an Apple /// & need to back up the original disks
(mostly AppleWriter ///, Quick Speller /// and Quick File ///). I have
used the standard bit copy tracks 0-22 with copy ][+, but that didn't
work. Any suggestions?
