Well, this error means that the system was attempting to load a resource
of type 8028 (rItemStruct, which is part of a menu definition). However,
the resource ID is complete garbage (the maximum possible resource ID is
07FFFFFF).
I'd say that the program in question has a bug, or is suffering from
memory corruption. There could be an INIT conflict, for example. Try
running the program again after shift-booting (to disable all extensions).
If it is happening with more than these two programs, then I'd say you
have a damaged or buggy system file. You should try shift-booting, and
then re-introduce the extensions one at a time until the problem
reappears.
If it still happens with several programs after shift-booting, then you
might need to reinstall your system software.
You might also have a hardware problem of some kind, such as faulty RAM,
or a flakey accelerator.
