Here is the dilemma. Someone needs to convert five 800K diskettes
worth of Music Studio 2.0 sequences to PC format. The lyrics need
to be converted into ASCII text and the music needs to be converted
into MIDI files. The converted files need to go on MS-DOS disks.
Unfortunately, I don't have the hardware and software to do this
kind of conversion. Thinking it over, the programs that are needed
are Music Studio 2.0 and a program that can read in Music Studio
files and save as MIDI (it was posted that a program, Music
Composer?, can do this). The hardware that is needed is a GS and
a PC and knowledge of moving files from one to the other.
Although I can't do this conversion, I do not wish to let this
person down. Can anyone help him? He is willing to pay for the
service.
If you have 1) Music Studio, 2) Music Composer, 3) a PC and GS and
4) expertise to move files from the GS to the PC, please contact:
Luis at the email address: lmn02@www.gnofn.org
If this conversion turns out not to be possible, he would like to
print out the scores, which require an ImageWriter II. So those able
to provide a print service should contact him also.
Please email directly to lmn02@www.gnofn.org. A note here in csa2
will be appreciated also, so that I will know that someone is
helping. Thank you.
