I'm doing some IIc upgrades and I am looking for a couple of Utility
disks. I've looked through my own archive, and searched the usual
places without success. I am hoping someone out there can help me out.
I am looking for the following:
Applied Engineering Super Desktop Expander that supports a RAM Express
card.
I currently have 5.3.1 on disk, and it doesn't have support for the
RAM Express (just Ultra and Z-Ram Ultra cards). Strangely enough, in
the same batch of disks, I have one labelled AW 3 Expander v1.1 that
has a utility for testing the RAM Express memory card.
A utility disk for the CheckMate Technologies MultiRAM C/CX cards.
I've had no luck locating one for these cards.
Mainly, I'd like to set them up as ProDOS RAM disks, however I did
find that ProTERM 2.2 correctly detected the CheckMate card's ram and
allocated it to addition copy buffer and scrollback, but it did not
detect the RAM Express card. Would a later version of ProTERM correct
that, or is there a ProDOS patch that is needed?
Thanks in advance for the help. If you can send along a disk image or
point me to a link where I can download one, that would be great.
