Bug(?) in 6.0.1 Pascal FST

Well, I was trying to copy some files from some old Pascal data disks,
but 6.0.1's Pascal FST didn't recognize them. A sector dump of the
disk's table of contents showed it was a valid Psacal disk. Of course,
smelling a bug, I couldn't resist hunting it down. After a quick litle
tracking in the FST code, it seems like the Pascal FST thinks that
anything with some punctuation in the disk name is not a valid disk.
A quick little work convinced it otherwise, so the disk "MEGAA-3"
is recognized.

This'll be fixed in GUPP 1.03, which _should_ be out rsn.
