You took the same idea I was going to do to my IIgs.  There was some 
discussions about this method at KansasFest and I decided to make my
Woz GS have an internal drive.

You don't need the Buggie powers supply to make this work, but you can't
have the stock IIgs power supply either.  Owners of the Innerdrive or
Pegasus should be able to add an internal drive with relatively few
problems (cutting holes in the power supply casing would be an additional
step and perhaps adding holes to screw-mount the drive).

Since I have a Super Controller Card, I would run a ribbon cable from the
internal mounted drive to the controller card.  I then would need to
run another cable from the drive to a 19 pin connector so drive 2 can
be daisy chained.  All I have to decide now is whether to make the internal
drive 800k or 1400k.

It should be fun to have a Twain-look-alike with the Woz signature :)
