   This program isn't quite what your looking for. MacTransGS is an
Applesoft BASIC program (works on all Apple II machines, despite the 
name) which will move data from Macintosh MFS (400K) floppy disks to
ProDOS volumes.

   HFSLink or A2FX (Apple 2 File eXchange) would be useful for this
task. These are utilities for allowing 8-bit Apple II's to move data
from HFS->ProDOS, yet will allow you to copy the data and resource
forks as separate files (obviously, since ProDOS 8 cannot handle
forked files, other than simply storing them there).
