Sound conversion

I'm curious about converting Mac sounds. Does anyone know of a program 
that does this handily?

Mitch offered this info:

Non-resource sounds can be converted fairly easily with a number of
programs.  Older Mac sounds are all 22kHz and the only thing that needs
to be converted is that 0 bytes have to be filtered out (these mark the
end of a sound on the GS).  I've never seen a program that can read Mac
sounds in resource forks, but there probably is one.  It would just be a
matter of extracting the sound and sticking it in a GS resource (the
resource formats are different).
