I'm sure Applied Ingenuity's card was like AE's Timemaster II HO.  (what a 
dopey name!).  It had multiple "modes."  Basically it returned different types 
of time info depending on what input prompt you passed it.  ProDOS always 
passed the Thunderclock prompt (: I think), unless ProDOS was patched.  So 
even if your card supported year, ProDOS would be brain dead to it!
