There sure was a lot of discussion at KansasFest about the current state 
of comp.sys.apple2, and that state was probably best summed up by the 
gentleman who described recent events as "the days of terror."

Many long time csa2 subscribers have simply stopped participating. After 
all, there are friendlier Apple II online forums that exhibit the true 
and wonderful spirit of the Apple II community.

There was also a lot of finger pointing, and all fingers pointed at one 
person. You can guess who that is, and it sure ain't Stroker Ace.

Speaking to many people at KansasFest, it seems as if that one particular 
person has, despite the veneer of friendliness, declared war on the 
Apple II development community. Piracy, lies, fraud and misrepresentation 
is the modus operandi...and as The Who sang..."we ain't gonna take it."

If problems persist, all will be revealed...all the lies, all the 
misrepresentation, all the theft and copyright violations. The Apple II 
development community is united, and is no longer going to sit idly on 
the sidelines while all of you are being deceived.
