Second Sight and TW GS

I just bought a second sight card and when I put it in, my IIgs started to
act weird.  The computer started to lock up a lot and when I tried to
reboot it would crash half way through the startup thermometer.  I took
out the transwarp GS and I had no problems.  Is there some thing I can do
to make the transwarp and second sight work together in peace?  The
transwarp is a version 1.5 and the GS is a rom 1.
