Hypercard GS is Freeware, yes, but it's NOT freely distributable. It's
classified as System Software by Apple, and as with all System Software,
requires a liscense to distribute. Several of the major FTP sites have such
licenses, as do most of the online services, and all Apple User Groups. If
you have a System Software distribution license from Apple, then you can do
this with no fear (note that the distribution license requires it be
distributed in the same archive in which it was obtained from Apple), but I
thought I'd just make sure you knew :) If you don't have a license, you
shouldn't have too much trouble getting one, with the ftp site you run, I'd
think it would be natural to be able to distribute System Software on it.

I believe you can write to licensing@applelink.apple.com, but don't quote me
on that address... I'll have to go look it up :)

Hmmm... it's a mail/news gateway... ftp-by-mail should work okay though,
but I don't remember who all provides it. I do have the ability to set
up a complete connection from the gateway... Maybe one of these days I
should write an ftp-by-mail server to run from antimatter :) Wouldn't be
too difficult, actually. :)
