STM Disk Images -> Mac

I have a ton of 5 1/4 DOS 3.3 disks, have discovered the STM ][+ emulator,
and want to transfer them to a Mac. Have found the archives. Have read the
FAQs about making disk images.

1) Don't have a 3.5 Unidisk for my //e or ][+ (in order to use dsk2file)
2) Don't have a Super Serial Card (for ADT120) and if I had one, don't
have a DB-25 to DB-9 cable to connect the card to the Mac

So, what't the cheapest and easiest way to make disk images. Buy a
Unidisk? Buy a Super Serial Card? But how do I get a cable that that will
connect the two?

Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.
