Steve,
I don't think anyone outside of the organizers have the information
at the detail you need/want.
After I whined on GEnie I was told that _everyone_ would get paper
mail. I got mine, however, I know several others (you are another)
that did not. Anywho - here goes what I have.
1. Check in after Wednesday noon 7/17
2. Sessions Thursday and Friday
3. Vendor fair Saturday
4. You have to be out of the room by noon Sunday.
The (very nice) maps show that I-435 circles KC so you should stay on
1-435 until you reach the South side of KC.
You want to get off on Wornall Road and go South across Red Bridge
Road to Central. That looks like the main enterance (West Side) to
Avila.
There are two dorms shown (both on the South East side of the campus),
Carondelet and Ridgeway.
Looking at the map once more it appears that you cannot get off on
Wornall. Instead, you need to get off at Metcalf Ave, go South to
119th St where you turn East. Once you cross State Line Road 119th
turns into Minor Drive. Follow it until you reach the aforementioned
Central.
Finally, the shown streets (West to East), that intersect with I-435
(and 119th) are: Metcalf Ave, Roe Ave, State Line Road, and Wornall
Road.
Hope this gets to you in time,
