2qwk! 2.03 testing

Solidifying the vaporware...

        In months past I have been hyping the notion that 2qwk! 2.02,
the best offline reader on a 65C02 based machine, is to come out any
damn day.  Well, okay, so release got pushed back a few times.  :)

        BUT...  as you can tell from my tagline, 2.03 is now in the
prerelease and Tom's stated intention was to upload it to the FTP sites
this last weekend (don't know if he did that but he did put it on the
board I get the betas from).  Stay tuned for info once it has gone pub.
