   The 'Cool Cursor Control Panel'? That was published by GS+ magazine
some years ago. As GS+ is now dead, it might be harder to find their
stuff, but they may still have some issues around. A catalog I've got
from them shows that they had some back issues of V5.N1 available;
give them a call at 800-662-3634 (423-843-1775 if not in the US) and see
