	...how about if I didn't quite "buy" it, yet have the manual but
not disks?

	Some years back I bought comand.com, brought it home, opened it,
no disk(s)!  So I went back to the store, explained it, and they pretty
much had no choice but to break their "no refund" policy and give my
money back (I don't think they could've ordered another since this was
a markdown title and Pinpoint was probably gone by then.)
	When I asked if they wanted the manual back, the response I got
was more or less "ehh, keep it, we have no use for it."  So now I have
a manual which I've been holding onto in case I ever run into that stray
disk. =^)
