If you mean System 6.0 for Mac, then no. If you mean GS/OS 6.0.1,
then yes if you have a ROM 01 or later, at _least_ 1 Meg (4 to be comfy)
and a hard drive. You can run it off a floppy, but you'll go mad(der).
