None at all.  The only physical difference between a "Woz" IIgs and a
"non-Woz" IIgs (with the original motherboard) is the writing on the lid.

The only other factor is that all "Woz" IIgses were part of the
early production runs, so they were originally shipped with ROM 00,
and most of them had the faulty version of the VGC chip (pink fringing
in monochrome double hi-res mode, and on some machines also in
80-column text mode).

I expect that most of them will have been upgraded to ROM version 01,
which allows them to run GS/OS (System 4.0 or later), but a higher
proportion are likely to have the faulty VGC (it doesn't affect the
operation of the computer, only the appearance of the display).

If you get hold of a "Woz" IIgs these days, make sure it has actually
had the ROM upgrade, otherwise it may be of limited use.
