In the post that you're responding to (but not responding to any of
the content), I noted that when others attack you with facts, you
never respond with facts. Thank you for demonstrating my point
precisely.
By the way, pretty much everyone who's spoken out against you
online recently is in the USA. (Not to disparage the rest of you with
a clue, but bear with me for a second.) According to the law of this
country, we have this little phrase that goes "innocent until proven
guilty." You would be the one filing any lawsuit, thus you'd be the
one that'd have to deal with the nasty little details like truth,
facts, and the like. As you've shown online, you're at a _real_
disadvantage there.
That is, if you wish to show up in court against me, you'd have to
prove beyond the shadow of a doubt (tm Johnny Cochran and the rest)
that your music programs _are_ psychoacoustically remixed to provide
3D audio, that you've never advertised pirated Appleworks for $10,
that you never offered via email and then c.s.a2 to pirate Ys for the
GS, that you've always been a nice truthful person online. I'd
probably _love_ to see you sitting in front of jury trying to do
anything other than giving them headaches while demoing that "3D"
music of yours. Hell, I'd sell tickets to the online csa2
community. :)
Further, most to all things like this end up in binding
arbitration. Since you don't appear to be too familiar with how
things are going in the US (and seem to be one of those who's
contributing to the frivilous lawsuit problem), the arbiters are
usually retired trial judges who are sick of the frivilous lawsuits
and tend to weigh in favor of the defendent. That would be me, in
case legalese is beyond you.
Just to get it out of the way, Dan Zimmerman said that despite not
asking, you did send some $ for the appl2.caltech drive. How nice.
How about some shareware payments one of these years? Further, many of
us contributed far more to the ground archive-- we could set up a
majority vote to bump your crud off there.

You didn't do jack the last time you threatened that to me in
email. Or the last few hundred times you threatened Joe Kohn in email.
And for the reasons above, you won't this time either. I don't think
you're joking, I just think you're lying, like the last times you've
threatened the same, or said you'd leave c.s.a2 for good.
By the way, I told you to CEASE AND DESIST (i.e. STOP DOING THAT)
emailing your c.s.a2 postings to me. It is time to finally send 100%
of your emails to bit hell, automatically, and without mercy.
