Moving files from A2 to Win95?...

I want to move some fairly big text files from my Apple IIGS to my new IBM
compatible running Win95. (Hold the flames please -- I'm still keeping my
apple!)

On the Apple I have a 2400 baud modem and Proterm 3.1, and on the Win95 machine
I have a 28.8 modem but no comm s/w other than what comes preloaded with Win95
(Exchange, MSN, a phone dialer utility?...). The Apple is running GS/OS 6.01,
so it has the FST file translator, but unfortunately my floppy drive isn't one
of the super-whatchamacallits that I think the FST requires.

Assuming diskette transfer is impossible, is my best bet to connect the
machines' modems and in null modem mode and "download" files from the Apple?
Has anyone done that?

The only other thing I can think of is getting a net account from an ISP for the
Win95 machine (which I planned to do anyway) and then e-mail the files from the
my Genie account on the Apple to my new account. But that seems pretty
ridiculous (and potentially expensive).

Any help appreciated....
