Emulation is not involved. 'OverLord simply siezes control of some
nice hardware that happens to be available. The PC's (or Power Mac's)
Video and Sound become the GS's Video and Sound. The SVGA monitor becomes
GS's monitor, available for displaying the GS/OS desktop, GS games,
PC-Netscape, or whatever.
Via GSOL the GS can use the PC's 2GB hard disk, access its x8 CD-ROM
drive, etc. all at a fraction of the cost of adding for-GS peripherals
directly-- even assuming they ever become available.
