Appe IIe <--> RGB Monitor

Just picked up a IIe that I couldn't let go into the trash.
 
One slight problem is that it has no video cable.
 
The cable is to go between an "Apple 'RGB Monitor' model A9M0308"
and an "Apple 'A//e EXT. 80COL/RGB' model 699-0221" card. (The
card has Apple's name and logo stenciled on it and elsewhere on
the card in small letters it says (c) VIDEO-7.) The connectors
on both the IIe and the Monitor are DB15's. What are the
chances that its a straight-through, pin-for-pin cable? ;)
 
Anybody out there with manuals/references for either product?
Any assistance appreciated!
