Mine is the AppleDesign model M2980.  The caps lock never lights up 
except on power up of the GS.  I haven't checked the keyboard control panel, 
so I could have somethere there without knowing it.  From what I recall the
last time I looked at it, all it did was set the country translation for
some keys.  Or is there another one out there somewhere?
