As scary as it maybe, they do monitor the net. I have a friend who I went 
to school with who went to work for the FBI as a computer specialest and 
his job is to do just that. They also have several E-mail addresses for 
reporting problems. I have not heard of any actions other then a few 
cases involving porn on the net, but that is halted for now because of 
conflecting court rulings, so watch out Big Brother is watching.
