No.  There is no AppleTalk support for the IIc.  Apple started working
on this, and partial support was included in the "UniDisk 3.5" version
of the ROM.  It was intended to work with an external box which
plugged into the disk port or serial port, but it was never completed,
and the partial support was removed in the next ROM version.
