This is not possible.  Emulating the 68000 on a 3-register 3 Mhz 65816 simply
isn't going to go anywhere fast.  Even an advanced emulator like Executor on
the PC (which actually recompiles 68000 code into x86 assembly) ends up with
the emulated machine at around 1/3rd the actual speed of the machine.  So
assuming this could hold up, you'd be dealing with a Mac SE running at about
1 Mhz, where the real thing does 8.  The Mac SE's 512x384 screen resolution is
also undoable on the GS without using the Second Sight, or a Video Overlay
Card in interlace mode.  I won't even mention that a Mac SE can't run
any type of System 7, so the Mac software it could run would not be a whole
lot newer than GS software.  Essentially, it would be a LOT of effort, for
basically no real gain.
