I have found that the main branch of our local public library in
Birmingham, AL carries many, many years of microfiched copies of
magazines.  Granted, it won't be color, but your local library may have
that issue in microfiche.  It could also be expensive to copy, but you can
get just the pages you need.

(#csc) I missed an issue of Compute's Gazette when I moved, and made a
copy of the program listings at the library.  The best games were in that
one issue.
