Is there a hope for a Proterm 4.0?

Proterm 3.1 rules. Beats the hell out of Mac and PC rivals. I love the text
editor, using it over all the other word processors I have on my
loaded IIgs. Also, it is quick and easy and loads in a jiff.

If I were to change it though, I would keep it prodos 8 because I like the
simplicity of it. For example, just hit return three times and you are logged
onto your favorite system.
Proterm 3.1 uses a nice combination - the click of the mouse, like GS/OS,
but arrow commands, which are sometimes quicker. And a nice menu bar and
apple commands. If it had a spell checker, that'd be nice. I like the
simplicity it has to save in either text or apw. Word Perfect, Appleworks,
Bank Street Writer and others do not treat TXT as an equal, unlike
the Proterm editor. To leave the editor all you have to do is hit ESC.
Also, bytes used are recorded right on the screen.

It would be nice to have HFS access, faxability and graphical web on a
version 4.0, but I don't know if it is worth going to slower GS/OS to
accomplish these things. But still, overall, Proterm may be my most used
and useful program. Does anyone know of an update? Proterm 4.0 is
one of the few programs I'd pay TOP dollar for if it added the above mentioned
things.
