IIc fix

Alright, got one for all the ex-IIc techs out there. I was recently given
a IIc (early model) that the owner said has not worked for a while. Well,
I got it home and he was right. The internal disk spins until you press
down control and reset, then starts again when they are released. You
don't even get a sound from the drive like it is looking for DOS. 

Any suggestions to get this repaired would be appreciated. I want to give
this unit to our church group, so really want to get it going. I have a
lot of games and some programs that will run on this I think they'd have
some fun with. Thanks in advance.
